A wine so moreish Lori decided to bottle it as a litre format for 2022. Giddy on its cocktail of bright fruit and acid. Juicy cherries, parma violets, pink elephants.

Grapes/Blend: 60% Viognier, 20% Merlot 20% Syrah
ABV: 13%
Vintage: 2022
Winemaking: Whole bunches of Viognier, Syrah and Merlot topped up with a little of their direct press juiced for a 7-10 day infusion. Pressed slowly, aged in concrete tank. Bottled with no additions.
Soil: Sandy soils over limestone
Sulphur: None added
Lori Haon started farming 15 hectares in Valliguières in the Gard in 2015. He is a young winemaker who trained in Burgundy, Alsace and Champagne. Lori is committed to a respectful approach to his terroirs, without the use of chemical and synthetic products or weedkiller. His wines are vinified without the use of sulfites.
