Laurent, an ex-sommelier from Nimes, started the Domaine in 2008 with a single hectare. From a family of farmers – his grandfather had goats and his father grew fruit – he became a winemaker to work directly on the land and with vines.
His vines are in isolated pockets in a mix of old vineyards, most of which he has recuperated and converted to the traditional goblet method.
