2019 VDF - Potion Mama
Picked from the younger vines on the Croix Moriceau and NoLem plots, with a little of the Folle Blanche from the 68 Ares plot. Made in the pet nat style, but held in bottle longer than usual.

Winemaking: Picked and fermented separately, with the Melon B picked 10 days before the Folle Blanche. Folle Blanche fermented much faster than the Melon, so fermentations were in an equal state when bringing together. Blended before bottling, with 22g residual sugar. On the lees in bottle for 13 months before disgorgement, unfined and unfiltered. 20mg/l sulphur added at disgorgement.
