Winemaking: Manual harvest. The vineyard is located in Tanahuillin, 2km from the Bio Bio river. Granitic soil from the Cordiella de Nahuelbuta. 200 year old vines surrounded by native forest.
De-stemmed, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in large wooden ‘lagar’ made of Rauli wood. Aged 90% in concrete and 10% in old oak barrels. Unfiltered. Small amount of sulphites added at bottling. 

Sulphur: Max. 30 mg/l
