From vines averaging 25 years old, a beautifully supple example of what's possible up here in Nizza. Bright toned but deep and long, Francesco maintains great freshness even in the heat.

Winemaking: The grapes are de-stemmed and placed in 50 hl cement tanks where they remain for 3-4 weeks with no temperature control. Daily, or as often as necessary, Francesco will gently punch down, just to keep the cap wet. Pressed to 20 hl oak barrels, for about 8 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Sulphur: 15mg/l at bottling
