The almost-but-not-quite rosé. 100% delicious. An experiment that was due to be added to the pet nat tank, but they decided to barrel age to see what might develop. We’re glad they did.

Winemaking: Hand harvested, basket pressed over 4 hours. Fermented in tank, and aged for 6 months in third-fill oak barrels, to allow a little oxidation to develop.
Sulphur: None added
Soil: Sandy gravel with alluvial deposits over clay and limestone.
