Vintage: 2021
Winemaking: Whole bunches of Viognier held in suspension with direct-press juice of Syrah and Merlot for two week infusion. Pressed slowly, aged in concrete tank. Bottled with no additions.
Soil: Sandy soils over limestone
Sulphur: None added
Lori Haon started farming 15 hectares in Valliguières in the Gard in 2015. He is a young winemaker who trained in Burgundy, Alsace and Champagne. Lori is committed to a respectful approach to his terroirs, without the use of chemical and synthetic products or weedkiller. His wines are vinified without the use of sulfites.
