Winemaking: Picked from the same incredibly steep parcel battered by the Tramontana, hand harvested early, macerated on the skins for 15 days as a 70:30 split of whole bunches to de-stemmed fruit. Basket pressed to steel for six months with regular battonage before bottling in March 2022 with no additions.
