Winemaking: Hand-picked from two small neighbouring parcels planted over marble and clay. One 0.30ha of 50 year old Cinsault & Grenache, and another 0.40ha of 60 year old Cinsault & Carignan. De-stemmed, macerated for 90 days in fibreglass with zero extraction or handling. Free-run juice siphoned to another fibreglass tank to age for 10 months, bottled with no additions.
