Winemaking: A gentle maceration, de-stemmed but low extraction with very little pumping over or punching down. Fermented and aged in concrete tanks for 6 months. The brothers have 25 hectares under vine, tucked in the garrigues of the Gard. Their international varieties are sold to the local co-op, Vincent is only interested in working with the local varieties.
