Ferg’s fifth iteration of his beautiful plot of 85 year old Grenache with a little co-planted Cinsault. This year packed with strawberry, spice and all things nice. Not to mention a lovely structure.

Winemaking: In 2020, when offered the use of a nearby melon and veg farmer's walk in fridge, Ferg decided to let the grapes macerate cold for 10 days, before a further 10 day semi-carbonic maceration, with a twice daily remontage. Sugars were high, and he didn't want the wine to struggle through fermentation. Bottled in early April, named in homage to Vic's mum Angela who passed away in 2020.
