Winemaking: Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed, and fermented in fiberglass tanks. Pressed directly, the wine is bottled unfiltered just before fermentation completes to finish as a pet nat rose in the bottle.

Soil: Calcareous Clay

Vignereuse (Marine Leys)

Marine works with a mix of local varieties: Mauzac, Loin de l’Oeil, Braucol, Duras and then some Gamay, and Syrah (the most commercial of the varieties, and Gaillac used to sell a lot of bulk must and juice to other regions). She tends to 5 hectares and works organically.
