Hand-harvested. Natural yeast. Maceration in vat for 10 days, then removed from the vat and pressed before the fermenting juice is put in amphora with the addition of 1/10 of the volume Cabernet Franc berries. Aged 12 months in 500-litre Tuscan amphora. Unfiltered and unfined
