Grape Varieties: Spätburgunder(Pinot Noir) 90%, Portugieser 10%. Vine cultivation, trellis-system, organic viticulture, 30-50-year-old vines
Hand-harvested on 10 September 2016. Four-day whole-bunch maceration, no settling after pressing. Wild yeast fermentation, in stainless steel and 500L wooden barrels (4-5 years old). Bottled with 15g/L residual sugar. Unfiltered. Aged 6 months in bottle.

Soil: Loess; loam with a lot of shell limestone
