Harvested in September 2016, from the now infamous Bat vineyard. W50% of the berries crushed (after destemming), skin contact time of 48h before pressing. Bottled in the end of November with 17g/l of residual sugar and disgorged warmly in July 2017.

Residual sugar: 0 g/l
Sulphur: None added 4mg/l total
Soil: Shell limestone, Keuper
