Fermented and aged separately but similarly: grapes destemmed but not all berries crushed to get a light carbonic effect. Skin contact for a week, pressed and fermented & aged in steel (Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau) and old oak (Silvaner, Müller-Thurgau).

Acid: 4.9 g/L Residual sugar: 0.5 g/L

Sulphur: 15mg/l total, None added

Soil: Shell limestone, Keuper
