This first Cinsault, with a cyanotype label created by Vicky, was made with grapes exchanged for work in the vineyard. From a 40-year-old vine managed organically in the area known as "Gres de Montpellier", the grapes are hand-picked, fermented in whole bunches. Indigenous yeasts. Worked gently with a stainless steel "fouloir" and "remontage" with buckets by hand.

Sulphur: 50 mg/L

Soil: The parcel is predominantly sandstone "gallets" with quartz, slate and clay on slopes overlooking the Mediterranean.
