Real Wine In The Vines: Offbeat Wines

All of our British winemakers will be joining us on Tuesday 16th May as we head out to Newbarn Farm for the first Real Wine In The Vines.

Hosted by the Real Wine Fair team, it's a tasting for the trade with a specific focus on the quality and diversity of wines, ciders and spirits made here in the UK.

Among our producers on the day will be our pals from Offbeat Wines

Offbeat is the exciting project from Nicola & Daniel Ham, started in 2018 as a creative-outlet, quickly becoming a full time family operation. Both marine biologists, Dan was bitten by the winemaking bug whilst they lived in New Zealand as Nicola completed her PhD.

Since 2020 Dan and Nicola have been making the wines in their own cellar, a converted barn just outside Salisbury. They produce delicate and dynamic wines with no additions, using fruit from trusted growers with shared values. Since 2022, all fruit is organically or biodynamically farmed.

Due to the rural nature of this event, the Real Wine team have organised shuttle buses running to and from Gerrards Cross Station: 20-minutes by train from Marylebone.

A tasting for the trade only, please follow the link in our bio for more info and to register your interest.
